High quality garden peas and petits pois are produced to all recognised Chipping Campden grades established by tenderometer reading, namely:
Grade
• AA 150 minute
• A 150 minute
• B
• C
• D
• DD
Broad beans
Grades A, B and C broad beans are produced, both triple white and small-seeded triple white.
Small-seeded varieties are Talia and Danko: the larger seeded variety is Listra.
150 minute processing of broad beans can be achieved if required.
